摘要
针对行业标准SH/T 0680—1999《热传导液热稳定性测定法》在测定过程中出现的问题,以DIN51528—1998《未使用过的热传导液热稳定性测定法》作为参考标准,对SH/T 0680—1999方法标准进行修订,形成了国家标准GB/T 23800—2009《有机热载体热稳定性测定法》。新标准要求使用毛细管色谱柱、报告终馏点为538℃以前的馏分沸程结果、保证仪器温度均匀分布、试验时间不少于720h。新标准方法能够更加准确地反映不同类型有机热载体在不同温度和加热时间下的热稳定性能。
Organic heat transfer fluid has been applied for heating system in various industries. Thermal stability is an important performance, which is an indication of decomposition and polymeriza- tion of fluid at high temperature. The industrial standard SH/T 0680-999 《Heat Transfer Fluids-Determination of Thermal Stability》 was used for testing the stability. However, it has some shortcomings to be improved. On the basis of the revision of SH/T 0680 1999 and a reference standard of DIN 51528-1998 《Unused Heat Transfer Fluids-Determination of Thermal Stability》, a new national standard GB/T 23800-2009 is established. The new standard requires to use capillary chromatographic column in gas chromatograph analysis, report the boiling range of sample under end point of 538℃, uniform the temperature distribution in whole equipment, and test at least 720 h. The new standard can reflect better thermal stability of different kinds of organic heat transfer fluids at different temperature and different heating time.
