摘要
通过考察两种合成型导热油的理化性能、馏程、变质率等性能,结合在苯乙烯装置的运行情况,用于指导导热油的选型。结果表明:L-QC310合成型导热油化学成分简单、馏程窄、流动性好、传热效率高、热稳定性能优异,在装置运行中可降低锅炉出口温度,年补加量少,使用5年外观依然保持透明,变质率为2.32%,且各项指标均处于允许使用指标范围内。从节约燃料成本、维护成本以及现场使用表现来看,L-QC310合成型导热油性能优于L-QB300合成型导热油。
According to the operation of styrene plant,the physicochemical properties,distillation range,thermal stability of two kinds of synthetic heat transfer oil were studied to guide the selection of the heat transfer oil. The results show that L-QC310 synthetic heat transfer oil can reduce the boiler outlet temperature and annual supplement because of its single composition,narrow distillation range,good fluidity,high heat transfer efficiency and excellent thermal stability. After 5 years,its appearance remains transparent,the deterioration rate is 2. 32%,and the physicochemical properties data are within the allowable use of indicators. The L-QC310 synthetic heat transfer oil is superior to the L-QB300 synthetic heat transfer oil in terms of fuel cost,maintenance cost and field performance.
