摘要
利用数字锁相放大器处理光谱信号的高次谐波 ,并实现了计算机对锁相放大器的控制。通过对 Cs原子 D2 线的谐波探测 ,研究结果表明 :锁相放大器用于探测气体的高次谐波 (高于二次 )的直接吸收光谱 ,可以得到较常见的二次谐波探测更高的信噪比。
A low frequency wavelength modulation spectroscopy is acquired with an external cavity tunable diode laser.The wavelength modulation is achieved using the voltage tuning by scanning the piezoelectric stepper motor with rotating of the end mirror in the laser cavity.We process higher harmonic(than 2f)detection of Cesium D 2 line with digital lock in amplifier(SR830)controlled by a computer.We find that 8f harmonic detection is best here with the signal to noise voltage ratio(SNR) being 460.The flow chart of program that controls SR830 and processes datum is also given out.
