摘要
为了提高红外气体传感器的测量精度,本文通过分析传感器采集到数据的特点,提出了结合线性插值法和最小二乘法的一种新的算法。利用基于线性插值的查表算法求出浓度,然后通过最小二乘法对其进行误差补偿。试验证明,该方法可有效提高红外气体传感器测量精度。
In order to improve the precision of gas measuring for infrared gas sensor,a new algorithm which combined linear interpolating method with least squares method was proposed in this paper through analyzing the features of collecting data. The gas density was calculated firstly by looking-up table, and then was compensated by least squares method. The experiments manifested that the proposed method could improve the measuring precision effectively.
