摘要
针对在红外甲烷气体检测中处理数据精度不高的问题,通过对最小二乘法曲线拟合进行分析,阐述了在红外甲烷检测中使用最小二乘法拟合所存在的问题,提出了一种改进的分段最小二乘法。并根据试验中测试的数据对两种拟合方法进行了分析及对比研究。试验证明:分段最小二乘法可有效提高气体检测的测量精度。
In order to the low accuracy issue for the data processing in the detecting gas with infrared methane sensor,a segmented least-square fitting(SLSF)method of some kind with improvement technology was proposed.Through the analysis on the curve-fitting by means of least-square method,the existing problems of using the least-square fitting(LSF)method have been discussed.And these two kind of curve-fitting methods have been analyzed and studied in accordance with the testing data obtained in the experiment.The results show that the SLSF method can effectively increase the measuring accuracy for the methane gas to be detected.
