摘要
通过对34所"985工程"高校党委书记个人特征的相关统计数据研究发现:84.85%的为男性,15.15%的为女性;主要来自东部发达地区;平均任职年龄是53岁;79.8%的名牌大学党委书记具有研究生学历;9.1%有在国外取得学位的教育背景;具有文史哲背景的比例为48.1%;40.63%具有至少一个本校的学位;平均任职年限为5.6年;绝大多数党委书记具有在政府部门工作的经历,且现有行政级别为副部级。通过对名牌大学党委书记个人特征与国内外名牌大学校长的对比分析,可以发现一些颇有价值的规律,这对促进我国高水平世界一流大学建设有重要意义和参考价值。
The statistical data of the study on personal characteristics of secretary of the Chinese Communist Par-ty committee in 34 ＂985 project＂ universities shows that 84.85% secretaries of the Party committee are male while the female are only 15.15%. They mainly come from developed areas of Easten China and hold a post at an average age of 53. 79.8% secretaries of the Party committee of famous universities have a master＇s degree, 9.1% get a degree abroad, besides, 48.1% of them have an education background in the aspect of history and philosophy, and 40. 63% get a degree in their own universities at least and the average tenure is 5. 6 years. Most of them are vice-ministers and have working experience in government departments. We can find some valuable rules and messages by contrasting personal characteristics between secretaries of the Party committee and presidents of famous universities, and it has significance and high reference value in promoting the construc-tion of world first-class university in our country.
