摘要
当前民办高校党建工作面临的新形势,表明发挥其党委领导作用不仅是党和国家的要求,也是应对党建工作新挑战的重要举措。而民办高校所具有的办学特殊性,则要求其党委领导作用的着力点放在重视发挥民办高校党组织的政治核心作用上。为此,可从建立健全民办高校党委工作运行机制、加强民办高校基层党组织建设、选优配强民办高校党委书记、加强民办高校党组织队伍建设、完善民办高校党委的监督和保障机制等方面入手,探索民办高校党委领导作用的实现路径。
At present, the new situation of Party building in private colleges and universities shows that giving full play to the leading role of Party committees is not only the requirement of the party and the state, but also an important measure to meet the new challenges of Party building. The particularity of running a school requires that the focus of the leadership role of the Party committee should be on giving full play to the political core role of the Party organizations in private colleges and universities.Therefore, we can explore the implementation path to the reality of the leading role of Party committees in private colleges and universities from the following aspects: establishing and improving the working mechanism of Party committees, strengthening the construction of the grass-roots Party organizations, selecting and allocating Party committee secretaries, strengthening the construction of Party organizations, and improving the supervision and guarantee mechanism of Party committees.
