摘要 甘草试样用硝酸和过氧化氢在Mars型微波消解仪中进行处理,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定试样中6种微量元素(镍、铅、铬、镉、砷、硒)的含量。用动态反应池技术消除质谱测定中的多原子离子光谱干扰。在优化试验条件下,方法的检出限(3s)在0.013~0.12μg.L-1之间。方法用于灌木枝叶标准物质中微量元素的测定,测定值与认定值相符。 The sample of licorice root was digested with HNO3 and H2O2 in the Mars microwave digestor and 6 kinds of trace elements (i. e. , Ni, Pb, Cr, Cd, As and Se) in the solution were determined by ICP-MS. The spectral in terferences of polyatomic ions were eliminated by the use of dynamic reaction cell (DRC). Under the optimized conditions, values of detection limit (3s) of the method found were in the range of 0. 013--0.12μg·L^-1. In the analysis of a CRM of shrubs branches and leaves by the proposed method, the results obtained were in consistency with the certified values.
