摘要
研究了双斑长跗萤叶甲(Monolepta hieroglyphica(Motschulsky))成虫对26科的50种园林植物的取食情况。结果表明:双斑长跗萤叶甲对21科40种园林植物有不同程度的取食,嗜食蔷薇科的毛樱桃、重瓣玫瑰、秋子梨3种植物,喜食豆科的树锦鸡儿、忍冬科的暖木条荚蒾、毛茛科的芍药、蔷薇科的黄刺玫4种植物,少量取食的有33种植物。测定了不同质量浓度的8种药剂对双斑长跗萤叶甲的胃毒活性,其中4.5%高效氯氰菊酯悬浮剂的相对毒力最好,LD50为0.032μg.g-1,然后依次是1.8%阿维菌素乳油(LD50为0.069μg.g-1)、0.3%苦参碱水剂(LD50为0.102μg.g-1)、5%吡虫啉乳油(LD50为0.169μg.g-1)、5.7%氯氟氰菊酯乳油(LD50为0.216μg.g-1),而30%乙酰甲胺磷乳油和20%三唑磷乳油的相对毒力较低,LD50分别为1.121、0.799μg.g-1。
An experiment was conducted to study the feeding status of Monolepta hieroglyphica ( Motschulsky ) to 30 species landscape plants in 26 families. The pest can be fed on 40 species of 21 families at different feeding level. M. hieroglyphi- ca (Motsehulsky) prefers to be fed on Prunus tomentosa ( Thunb. ) , Rosa rugosa Plena and Pyrus ussuriensis (Maxim.). Secondly, it likes to be fed on Caragana arborescens (Lain.), Viburnum burejaeticum (Regel et Herder), Paeonia lacti- flora (Pall.) and Rosa xanthiana (Lindl.). It is fed less on the other 33 species. The stomach toxic activities of eight kinds of pesticides at different mass concentration were determined in the experiment. In eight kinds of pesticides, 4.5% of beta-cypermethrin (SC) shows the highest relative toxicity with the LD50 of 0. 032 μg·g^-1, followed by 1.8% of abam- ectin ( EC), 0.3% of sophocarpidine ( AS), 5% of imidacloprid (EC) and 5.7% of cyhalothrin (EC) with the LD50 of 0.069 μg·g^-1,0. 102 μg·g^-1, 0. 169 μg·g^-1 and 0. 216 μg·g^-1, respectively. The relative toxicities of 30% acephate (EC) and 20% triazophos (EC) are lower with the LD50 of 1. 121 μg·g^-1I and 0.799 μg·g^-1, respectively.
