摘要
为实现对甲烷气体浓度的便携式快速检测,设计一种基于STM32RBT6处理器的甲烷浓度便携式快速检测系统。该系统包含接触燃烧式甲烷气体传感器、以集成运算放大器和数字电位器为核心的信号调整电路、片上集成高精度数模转换电路、铁电存储器、集成USB(Universal Serial Bus)接口和液晶人机交互接口等。详细阐述了该系统的硬件设计和软件实现。系统的数据采集速率达到12 Mbit/s,与同类设计相比有显著提高,通过基于VC++6.0的上位机软件绘制甲烷浓度变化曲线,整个系统使用方便简洁。在实验室条件下进行实际测试,配合上位机软件给出了实验结果。最终基于STM32的便携式甲烷浓度检测仪实现了对环境中甲烷气体浓度快速检测、提升了检测系统给的性能。
In order to achieve rapid portable detection of methane concentration, we have designed a detection system based on STM32RBT6 processor. The system contains a methane sensor, signal conditioning circuits consisting of operation amplifier, digital potentiometers, high-precision digital-to-analog converter, iron storage, USB (Universal Serial BUS) bus and LCD (Liquid Crystal Display)interface. The system hardware design and software implementation are described in delail. Data acquisition rate up to 12 Mbit/s is improved significantly, system draw methane concentration curve by software based on VC + + 6.0, user can use it conveniently. And show the experiment data by PC software tested in lab. The portable methane concentration detector based STM32 reaches the goal that can rapidly detect the concentration of methane gas in the environment, improves the performance of the detection system.
