摘要
目的分析和评价某卷烟厂改造项目职业病危害控制效果,从源头控制或消除职业病危害,为劳动者创造符合国家职业卫生要求的工作环境。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业卫生检测法和职业健康检查等进行综合分析、定性和定量评价。结果制丝车间的片烟拆包、烟梗拆包、薄片车间打梗机投料和膨化线投料挡车工工作日内接触的烟草尘及锅炉房碎煤工、上煤工、煤斗工工作日内接触煤尘的CTWA(2.61~11.8 mg/m3)和超限倍数(2.22~8.75)超过国家职业卫生标准要求;薄片车间的切片机、双搅、扎机、接丝选叶区、烟梗接料和膨化线接料挡车工工作日内接触烟草尘的CTWA(2.37~10.2 mg/m3)超过国家职业卫生标准要求;纤维滤棒成型机YL12/AF12、薄片车间的扎机、烟梗投料、烟梗接料和膨化线接料等挡车工工作日内接触的生产性噪声强度在85.0~88.5 dB(A)之间,超过国家职业卫生标准要求。其他各工种工作日内接触职业病危害因素的浓度或强度均符合国家职业卫生标准要求。结论综合各方面分析,在确保各类防护设施有效运行、保证生产设备的正常运转、全面落实控制职业病危害补救措施的前提下,该项目在职业病危害控制方面是可行的。
Objective To assess the control effect of occupational hazards in transformation project of the tobacoo plant, provide satisfactory working conditions for the workers, control and eliminate occupational hazards. Methods The methods of field investigation, qualitative and quantitative evaluation, examination were carried out. Results The results showed that the concentration - time weighted average ( 2. 61 - 11.8 mg/m3 ) and excursion limits (2. 22 - 8. 75 ) of tobacco dust or coal dust exceeded the national health standards, which the persons working at the chip smoke unpacking, the tobacco stem unpacking in the silk workshop, feeding the tobacco stem in the sheet workshop, crushing coal, conveying coal in the boiler room system were exposed working days. The concentration - time weighted average (2. 37 - 10. 2 mg/m3 ) of tobacco dust exceeded the national health standards, which the persons working at sliced machine, dual stirring machine, bundling machine, picking tobacco shred and catching the tobacco stem in the sheet workshop were exposed working days. The noise intensities [ 85.0 -88. 5 dB (A) ] exceeded the national health standards, which the persons working at bundling machine, feeding the tobacco stem, catching the tobacco stem in the sheet workshop and fiber filter rod forming machine YL12/AF12 were exposed. The concentration or intensity of occupational hazards factors of other works were in accord with the national health standards. Conclusion The transformation construction project will be feasible in the control of occupational hazards if all kinds of protective and remedial measures could be put into practice.
