摘要
文章采用网络调查、电话咨询和文献计量学等方法,研究分析广东高校在提供科技查新服务项目情况及其具有查新资质情况、查新管理制度、查新资源、查新收费和时间、业务状况以及对科技查新理论研究等方面的情况,指出科技查新工作中存在的问题,提出合理建议,以期推动高校科技查新工作朝着可持续的方向发展。
Using internet survey,telephone consultation and literature metrology,this paper analyzes the current situation of the sci-tech novelty search in Guangdong colleges and universities from the aspects of service items,service qualification,management system,resource,fees,business conditions,as well as the theoretical study;points out the existing problems and gives some reasonable suggestions for reference in order to promote the university novelty search and keep it developing healthily,coordinately and sustainably.
