摘要
通过对湖北省电力科技信息中心2005年～2009年5年问完成的科技查新项目进行定量统计分析,探讨如何提高项目申报水平,提出加强科研项目申报指导、创新科技查新服务模式、加强查新知识的宣传培训等建议和措施。
Based on the quantitative statistical analyses of the scientific and technical novelty search projects finished by Hubei Electric Power Scientific and Technical Information Center from 2005 to 2009, this essay discusses about how to increase the level of project applications in the aspects of enhancing the application guidance on scientific research items,innovating the service mode of scientific and technical novelty searches and strengthening the publicity and training of novelty searches.
