沧州市城乡学龄前儿童体格发育现状分析

摘要 目的:了解沧州市学龄前儿童体格发育状况,为制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法:采用横断面调查法,按照地理及经济分布状况,随机整群抽取2 312例学龄前儿童,进行调研指标分析。结果:沧州市学龄前儿童体重身高均呈现随着年龄增长稳步增长的趋势,同性别比较,城区高于乡村,同地区比较男童高于女童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),城区男童、女童体格发育水平高于2006年WHO标准,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),乡村男童与此标准基本一致,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),乡村女童低于此标准,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:沧州市学龄前儿童体格发育存在城乡、性别差异,应采取综合措施,消除儿童发育的环境、观念差异,同时对城区儿童预防和控制超重。 Objective: To explore the status of physical growth of preschool children in urban and rural areas of Cangzhou city, provide a scientific basis for assigning intervening measure . Methods: According to geographic and econmie distribution condition, 2 312 preschool children in urban and rural areas of Cangzhou city were selected by a cross - sectional survey. Body weight arid height were meas- ured and to evaluate their present physical growth levels. Results : Body height and weight of Cangzhou preschool children increased with age in physical growth. Body weight and height of Cangzhou preschool children of the same sex were higher in urban area than those of rural area (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈0. 05 ) ~ In the same area, boys/body weight and height were higher than those of girls. Compared With the child standard of World Health Organization in 2006, the growth level of boys and girls in urban of Cangzhou were obviously higher (P 〈 0. 01 ), the boysin rural of Cangzhou were consistent with the standard ( P 〉 O. 05 ), and girls in rural of Cangzhou were lower. Conclusion: Physical growth of preschool children of Cangzhou is good in general, but thereare differences between urban and rural areas, boys and girls. The comprehensive intervention measures should be taken to eliminate differ- ences in this region and prevent and control the over nutrition in urban at the same time.
