摘要
可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)是在自动控制领域中应用最广泛的电子装置。本文首先构建了自来水厂自动控制系统的框架,采用PLC与计算机网络相结合的方式,实现集中管理与分布式控制,对设备进行远程控制与监视,同时运用通信网络进行实时通信,再对自来水厂中一些工艺进行自动控制设计,最终利用PLC编程软件进行编程实现。
Programmable logic controller(PLC) is the most widely electronic device used in the field of automatic control system. In order to achieve automatic control of water plant, a whole automatic control system framework should be built firstly. Combination of PLC and computer networks is used in this paper to make water plant distributed controlled, centralized managed. All the equipment controlled and monitored in remote mode can make real-time communication by the communication network. Automatic control processes are designed for procedures of the water plant in order to be implemented by PLC programming software.
