摘要
目的:探讨EBM理念在中医肝病内科实习教学中的应用效果。方法:选取在我校第一临床医学院肝病科实习的中医学专业实习生,随机分成试验组39名和对照组38名,试验组应用EBM理念进行教学,对照组采用传统教学方法进行教学,采用出科考试和毕业技能考核的方式进行教学效果评估。结果:试验组学生在中医内科学期末考试中病例分析题成绩和成绩良好率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:EBM理念应用于中医肝病内科实习教学中能更好地提高实习教学效果。
Objective :To investigate the teaching effects after evidence -based medicine (EBM) theory is ap- plied in practice teaching in the department of hepatology of traditional Chinese internal medicine. Methods : The in- terns majoring in traditional Chinese medicine, who worked in Department of Hepatology, The First Clinical Medical College ,Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine ,were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 39) and con- trol group (n = 38 ). The experimental group underwent practice teaching based on EBM theory, while the control group underwent conventional practice teaching. Examination on completion of internship in the department and skill examination before graduation were used to evaluate the teaching effects. Results:The experimental group had a sig- nificantly better performance and a significantly higher proportion of students with a good performance in the case a- nalysis section of final examination of traditional Chinese internal medicine ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Application of EBM theory can improve teaching effects among interns in the department of hepatology of traditional Chinese inter- nal medicine.
