摘要
提出一种用于优化设计对称膜系光学偏振膜的新算法。所设计膜系能保证在较宽的工作带宽内有高的消光比 ( >1 0 0 0 ) ;而且膜系结构简单 ,设计灵活 ,镀制该偏振膜容易实现。
A new algorithm is presented for the design of thin film plate polarizer with symmetrical multilayer in this paper. The film designed with this algorithm has broad band and high polarization ratio. The design is flexible and the film can be prepared easily. [WT5”HZ]
