摘要
目的探讨开展优质护理实施责任制整体护理模式后，优化床旁护理交接流程的方法与效果。方法对河北医科大学第二医院41个病区进行床旁护理交接流程优化，采用自行设计的调查量表对流程优化前后交接班所用平均时间、患者满意度及责任护士知晓度进行调查，对优化后床旁交接班效果进行评价。结果优化后床旁护理交接班所用平均时间分别为（20．37±3．81）min，明显低于优化前的（47．51±4．82）min，差异有统计学意义（t=28．91，P〈0．01）；患者满意度优化后为（95．00±7．53）分，明显高于优化前的（91．97±7．87）分，差异有统计学意义（t=4．82，P〈0．01）；责任护士知晓度优化后达94．80％，显著高于优化前的86．00％，差异有统计学意义（x^2=18．36，P〈0．01）。结论优化后的床旁护理交接流程提高了交接针对性及护理工作的效率，提高了患者的满意度及护士长的管理水平，有利于优质护理的开展。
Objective To discuss the methods and effect of optimized bedside handover process after implementation of holistic nursing with responsibility. Methods Totals of 41 wards in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University received optimized bedside handover, and self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate indexes including average time of handover, patients＇ satisfaction and nurses＇ awareness of responsibility before and after optimization, and to evaluate its effect. Results Average time of handover was （20.37 ± 3.81 ） min after optimization, obviously lower than before which was （47.51± 4.82） min, and the difference was statistically significant （ t = 28.91, P 〈 0.01 ）. Score of patients＇ satisfaction was （ 95.00±7.53 ） after optimization and （91.97 ± 7.87） before optimization, and the difference was statistically significant （t =4.82,P 〈0.01 ）. Nurses awareness of responsibility was 86.00% before optimization and 94.80% after optimization, and the difference was statistically significant （ x^2 = 18.36, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Optimized bedside nursing handover process can improve the pertinence and efficiency of nursing, patients＇ satisfaction and nurse management level, which is favorable for better quality nursing.
