摘要
通过对广东省农村小学紧缺薄弱学科教师现状进行抽样调查,对广东省农村小学紧缺薄弱学科教师现状进行深入了解,分析广东省农村小学紧缺薄弱学科教师中存在问题的原因,提出了解决农村小学紧缺薄弱学科教师问题的建议。
Through a sample survey of weak subject teachers of rural primary school in Guangdong Province, we have a deep understanding of them. We analyze the problems of weak subject teachers of rural primary school in Guangdong Province, propose suggestions of solving the shortage of weak sub- ject teachers in rural primary school in Guangdong Province.
