摘要
目前,广东省小学教师培养体系还存在着诸多需要完善的地方,例如小学教师队伍年龄老化、薄弱学科教师紧缺、培养模式与中学同质化等。针对这些瓶颈,广东省小学教师培养体系应该做以下几个方面的变革:建立相对独立的小学教师培养体系;加强薄弱学科教师的培养机制建设;加大"顶岗实习、置换培训"的支持力度;改革招生制度,实行多元化的小学教师培养学制;完善免费定向师范生培养制度;建立教师培养标准体系。
Now there are still many problems that deserve our attention and concern in primary school teacher training system in Guangdong Province,such as the aging of primary school teachers,shortage of weak subject teachers,training modes with the secondary homogenization and so on.These bottlenecks,urge the training system of primary school teachers in Guangdong Province to change in the following aspects: the weak discipline teacher training system needs to be strengthened;the "post practice,replacement training"support must be increased;training system for free orientation normal students should be perfected;teacher training standards must be established.
