摘要
Ⅱ型孪晶是形状记忆合金中热弹性马氏体变体间的一种主要孪生现象,由于Ⅱ型孪晶的孪生面属于无理指数,其孪晶界面原子级别的精细结构在学术界一直存在着很大的争议。主要从实验观察和分子动力学模拟两个方面,综述了形状记忆合金中Ⅱ型孪晶界面的研究成果,并探讨了其尚存的主要问题以及解决这些问题的思路。
Type Ⅱ twinning is a major twinning mode between variants of martensites in shape memory alloys. Due to the irrational nature of type Ⅱ twin boundary, a strong disagreement exists over the fine atomistic structure of the boundary. The findings in the previous investigations on type Ⅱ twin boundary in various shape memory alloys are reviewed primarily from experimental observations and molecular dynamics simulation. The problems required to be further studied and the ideas for solving these problems are discussed.
