摘要
在压力容器管板耐腐蚀堆焊过程中,新型的带极堆焊相比于传统的手工堆焊有更高的效率,更稳定的质量。但在堆焊厚度较大的情况下,由于带极堆焊线能量比较大,变形会很严重,如不采取有效措施控制变形,会导致管板报废。文章就该公司在引进、使用管板耐腐蚀堆焊过程中出现的一些问题以及解决方法进行了阐述。
In the corrosion hardfacing process of pressure vessel tubesheet, Comparing with traditional manual welding, the new of band-surfacing is of higher effiency and more stable quality. But in the thick surfacing circumstance, because buttering line owns more energy, so distortion will be very serious, if no effective measures to control deformation, tubesheet will lead to scrap. The article introduced some problems of the tube plate corrosion hardfacing during the process of introduction and use and solutions were expounded.
