摘要
近年,我国干旱灾害呈现多发频发趋势,对我国的城乡居民用水安全、粮食安全、生态安全构成了严重威胁,制约了我国经济社会的可持续发展。通过分析我国抗旱减灾面临的形势和抗旱减灾工作存在的主要问题,结合我国抗旱减灾工作的需求,提出了我国建立防旱抗旱减灾长效机制的建议。
In recent years, the reoccurred and frequent droughts in China, pose a serious threat to China＇s ur- ban and rural water security, food security and ecological security, restricting the sustainable development of e- conomy and society. In this paper, through the analysis of the situation and major problems of drought reduction in China, combined with the needs of current drought mitigation work, the recommendations about the establish- ment of long-term mechanism of drought mitigation were proposed.
