摘要
采用数值计算分析了波纹折角和流场速度对波纹板内流场稳定性影响关系,波纹板的折角越大和流场速度较大时,比平板间流场易湍急,流场极不易稳定,会对油滴存在旋卷现象,油滴在旋涡中转圈不能"自拔",故在应用波纹板时一定兼顾流场速度和波纹板折角大小方能发挥其良好作用。
Making use of the numerical simulation,the influence of corrugated sheet’s bending angle and flow velocity on the flow stability within corrugated plates was analyzed to show that bigger bending angle and flow field velocity can result in the turbulence in the flow field and the oil droplets’ convolute movement,and having corrugated plate’s bending angle and flow field velocity considered can benefit the application of the corrugated plate.
