摘要
本文有效整合了动态能力、市场导向、企业家导向,以及颠覆性创新和渐进性创新的相关研究成果并构建概念模型,在此基础上通过对长三角285家中小型高新技术企业的问卷调查与回归分析,探究动态能力影响创新模式选择的内在机理。结果表明:动态能力对颠覆性创新和渐进性创新具有显著的正向影响;企业家导向在动态能力与颠覆性创新之间起到了完全中介作用,在动态能力与渐进性创新之间起到了部分中介作用;市场导向在动态能力与渐进性创新之间起到了完全中介作用。
Dynamic capabilities are considered as the base of existence and development for enterprises. However, few studies on factors of innovation modes selection have been done from dynamic capabilities perspective. This paper constructs concept model by integrating rel-ative researches on dynamic capabilities, market orientation （MO）, entrepreneurial orientation （EO）, radical and incremental innova-tion, then effect mechanism of dynamic capabilities on innovation modes selection has been discussed by survey and regression analysis on 285 small and medium sized high-technology enterprises from Yangtze River Delta. The results show that, dynamic capabilities have signif-icant positive effects on radical and incremental innovation; EO has fully mediated dynamic capabilities and radical innovation but partial-ly mediated dynamic capabilities and incremental innovation; MO has fully mediated dynamic capabilities and incremental innovation.
