摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理在慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻内镜的应用效果。方法:将80例慢性鼻窦炎患者按照护理方法的不同分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用舒适护理,比较两组患者的术后恢复程度。结果:观察组术后1 d舒适度及护理质量满意度均高于对照组,并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在躯体化、强迫症状及抑郁方面的评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理有利于提高鼻内镜患者术后的舒适程度,促进患者的身心恢复。
Objective：To investigate the application effect of comfortable nursing in patients with chronic sinusitis nasal endoscopic. Metheds：80 chronic si- nusitis patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different nursing methods,40 cases in each group, the control group was used conventional care, the observation group was given comfortable nursing on the basis of the contrel group, and two groups were compared with postoperative recovery degree. Results：Patients in observation group on the first day after operation, comfortable and nursing satisfaction were higher than control group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than control group （P 〈0.05） ,summarization,obsessive symptoms and depression score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The comfortable nursing is helpful to improve the postoperative comfort level of nasal endoscopy patients,promote the patients＇ physical and psychological recovery.
