摘要
目的探讨鼻部手术后患者,在应用凝胶止血膨胀海绵后的舒适改善程度。方法观察385例鼻部手术患者,185例使用纱泰祺凝胶止血膨胀海绵为实验组,与同期200例使用凡士林纱布作为对照组,观察其舒适程度。结果实验组的舒适度均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论纱泰祺凝胶止血膨胀海绵操作简单,易放易取,能明显改善患者的舒适程度,并能提高患者的满意度和生活质量。
Objective To investigate the nasal surgery patients,bleeding in the application of gel foam,after expansion to improve the level of comfort. Methods 385 cases of nasal surgery patients,185cases of the use of yarn Thailand Brooke gel as a hemostatic sponge expansion of the experimental group,with the same period 200 cases of the use of vaseline gauze as a control group to observe the level of comfort. Results The experimental group were higher comfort level,P 0. 05. Conclusion The expansion of yarn Thailand Qi hemostatic sponge-gel simple and easy to make but easy to take,and can significantly improve patient comfort, and can improve patient satisfaction and quality of life.
