摘要 介绍排气歧管用Si-Mo球铁的技术要求,原材料的选择,化学成分控制范围,球化剂和孕育剂以及球化处理和孕育处理工艺的选择。通过采用微量元素含量低的新生铁和低REMg球化剂,加入微量Bi和Sb,浇注时采用SiBaCa进行随流孕育工艺,确保了排气歧管铸件法兰处球状石墨≥90%、薄壁部位的铸态珠光体体积分数+Mo的碳化物小于15%。 An introduction was conducted to the requirements of Si-Mo ductile iron used for the exhaust manifold,choice of raw materials, chemical composition control range,choice of nodularizing alloy and inoculating alloy as well as nodularizing and inoculating processes. By using low trace elements containing pig iron,low REMg containing nodularizing alloy, adding trace amount of Bi and Sb,adding SiBaCa as inoculant into pouring stream,it was ensured that the nodularity in flange location Of the exhaust manifold was higher than 90% ,the volume fraction of pearlite+Mo carbide in thin sections was less than 15%.
