高强度铸态球墨铸铁曲轴缩松的防止措施

摘要 介绍了EA211曲轴的技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的生产工艺,采用壳型铸造,覆膜砂制壳,利用中频感应电炉熔炼,立浇底注式浇注系统,横浇道处放置过滤网,铸件顶部加补缩冒口,但模拟结果显示,铸件轴颈心部易出现缩松,针对这一缺陷,通过采取以下措施:优化冷铁工艺布置;砂箱内铸型两侧铁丸温度降低至60℃;将曲轴在箱内冷却时间缩短到60 min;将浇注温度降低至1 380~1 420℃;调整化学成分为:w(Mn)≤0.3%,w(C)3.90%~3.95%,w(Si)2.0%~2.3%,w(Cu)0.75%~0.85%,w(Sn)0.03%~0.04%;加大孕育漏斗口直径,增加孕育剂加入量,并且使用含Bi的高效孕育剂。最终使曲轴内部缩松缺陷问题得以解决,铸件内部缩松废品率降至1.06%。 Technical requirements of EA211 crankshaft were introduced. The production process of the casting was elaborated.Shell mold casting and resin-coated sands was used. Castings were melt in medium frequency induction furnace and pouring in vertical casting bottom gating system. Filters were placed at the runner and feeding head were placed at the top of casting. But the simulation results indicate that shrinkage still can be found at the center of journal. According to this result,the following measures has been taken:optimization chill process layout,iron temperature on the both sides of sand cast reduce to 60 ℃,reduced the crankshaft in the box cool down time to 60 min,reduce the pouring temperature to 1 380~1 420 ℃,adjusting the chemical composition as follows:w(Mn)≤0.3%,w(C)3.90%~3.95%,w(Si)2.0%~2.3%,w(Cu)0.75%~0.85%,w(Sn) 0.03% ~0.04%,increase the inoculation funnel diameter and increase the amount of high efficient inoculant with Bi. As a result,crankshaft internal shrinkage defects issue was resolved,the internal shrinkage casting scrap rate reduced to 1.06 percent.
