摘要
采用线切割的方法,并在钢丝上人工制造出表面缺陷,研究表面缺陷对高碳钢丝扭转性能的影响。结果表明,钢丝表面缺陷明显降低钢丝的扭转次数,钢丝直径越小,缺陷深度对钢丝扭转性能的影响越显著。对于φ3.5 mm和φ1.6 mm的高碳钢丝,当表面缺陷深度达到0.10 mm时,钢丝的扭转性能明显降低;当表面缺陷深度分别超过0.40 mm和0.20 mm后,钢丝的扭转性能基本丧失。在钢丝表面缺陷与钢丝轴向垂直的条件下,由于钢丝扭转的中心进行重新分布,向缺陷相反的方向移动,缺陷处应力并未向轴线方向发展,因而钢丝呈现平断口形貌。
By line cutting method and making man-made surface defect on the steel wire, to investigate surface defect' s effect on high-carbon steel wire' s torsion property. The result shows obviously the steel wire' s surface defect reduced the number of torsion. The smaller the steel wire' s diameter, the more clear defect depth' s effect on steel wire' s torsion prop- erty. As to the high carbon steel wire of diameter 3.5 mm and diameter 1.6 mm, when its surface defect depth reached to 0. 1 mm, the torsion property of steel wire reduced obviously; when surface defect depths are over 0.40 mm and 0~ 20 mm respectively, the torsion property almost lost. Under the condition of surface defect perpendicular to axial of wire, as to the torsion center of wire has been re-setting and moved on the opposite site of defect way, the stress of defect doesn' t extend to the wire axial direction; the morphology of fracture is flat.
