摘要
针对高碳钢丝在生产过程中出现黑点和白线问题,运用光学体视显微镜、数码显微镜、扫描电镜/能谱仪对黑点和白线样品的表面形貌和微区化学成分进行分析。结果表明:黑点实质上是锈蚀点,主要成分为铁的氧化物,是在高碳钢丝镀层破损位置发生电化学反应形成并扩展而成;白线实质上是高碳钢丝的黄铜镀层在拉拔过程中刮伤露出钢丝基体形成,铜锌镀层扩散不均匀导致镀层极易被刮伤。建议生产中控制高碳钢丝的生产温度和湿度,改善拉拔润滑条件,避免损伤高碳钢丝黄铜镀层,设定合理的贮存条件和包装工艺。
For the high carbon steel wire black dot and white line in the production process, the surface morphology- and mi- crochemical composition of the black dots and white line were analyzed by means of stereo light microscope(SLM) , digital microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy- spectrometer. The results show that the black dots are essentially rust points, and the main components are iron oxide, which is formed and expanded by electrochemical reaction in the damaged position of high carbon steel wire. The white line is essentially formed by scraping the high carbon steel wire brass plating in the process of drawing. The heterogeneous diffusion of copper zinc coating causes the coating to be easily scratched. It is suggested to control the production temperature and humidity of high carbon steel wire, improve the lubrication condition of drawing, avoid damaging the brass coating of high carbon steel wire, and set reasonable storage conditions and packaging process.
