摘要
白云鄂博西矿采矿过程中采出大量低品位的磁铁矿,全铁品位平均18.00%左右,为了利用该低品位磁铁矿,达到综合利用矿产资源的目的,包钢集团巴润矿业公司经过试验论证,通过流程为一段磨矿→预选→二、三段磨矿→弱磁粗选、精选的选矿流程,获得了全铁品位62.00%,回收率52.94%的铁精矿。
In the mining process of West Mine in Baiyunebo, a lot of low - grade magnetite is exploited and the average of total iron grade is around 18.00%. In order to utilize the low -grade magnetite and achieve the purposes for comprehen- sive utilization of mineral resources, the mineral processing flowsheet of primary, grinding→preconcentration→secondary and third grinding→roughing and cleaning of weak magnet is proved by the experiments in Barun Mining Co. Ltd. of Baotou Steel,with which the iron concentrate with the total iron grade of 62.00% and the recovery rate of 52.94% is obtained.
