摘要
从"社会责任观"讲,企业承担社会责任是当然职责,就国际金融危机后中国经济社会发展实际而言,企业必须要承担起相应的社会责任。我国目前已将企业社会责任纳入法律规制范围内,尤其是在保障劳动者权益上,企业承担的社会责任是法律上的应尽义务。这对协调劳动关系,保障劳动者合法权益,促进社会和谐具有重要作用。文章在对企业社会责任作简要理论分析基础上,着重就企业对保障劳动者权益承担的社会责任以法律为视角进行尝试性探究。
From the outlook of social responsibility, an enterprise should certainly take social responsibility. From the reality of China＇s social and economic development after the international financial crisis, companies must assume the corresponding social responsibilities as well. Currently, China＇s corporate social responsibility, especially in the protection of workers＂ rights, has been included in the range of legal regulation. Corporate social responsibility is a legal obligation, which plays an important role in coordinating labor relations, safegttardlng the legitimate rights and interests of workers, and promoting social harmony. This paper makes a brief theoretical analysis of corporate social responsibility first and then focuses on the tentative inquiry of the social responsibility of enterprises on the protection of workers＂ rights from the perspective of law.
