摘要
通过分子结构的设计合成了10种聚酰亚胺树脂,采用DMA,TGA和流变仪等方法对上述聚酰亚胺树脂的动态力学性能,热性能和流变性能进行了表征。结果表明:所有树脂的5%热失重温度均在500℃以上,玻璃化转变温度均高于250℃,其中1种树脂的玻璃化转变温度为401℃,所合成树脂的热稳定性较高。8种聚酰亚胺树脂均能够在280℃使用RTM工艺成型。
Ten polyimide resins with different structure were synthesized. Dynamic mechanical properties, thermal properties and rheological properties of polyimide resin were characterized by the DMA,TGA and theology methods. The results showed that 5 % thermo-gravimetric temperature of all resin was over 500℃ ,glass transition temperature of all resin exceeded 250 ℃,and glass transition temperature of RTM11 reached 401 ℃ , thermal stability of the synthetic resins was higher. Eight kinds of polyimide matrix were able to use RTM process to shape at 280℃.
