摘要
通过正交试验方法对生产钼板坯的原料钼粉的粒度、松比及挠曲强度三个因素与精板的密度、硬度及成品率的关系进行分析,最终确定生产精致钼板坯的最佳钼粉条件,对提高精致板坯的成品率及保持产品质量稳定具有积极作用。
This paper studies the relation between molybdenum powder's three elements (granularity, poisson ratio and flexural strength) and molybdenum slab's density, hardness and yield. The optimal conditions of molybdenum powder for producing high-quality molybdenum slab are determined, which is of great use for improving the yield and maintaining product quality.
