食管引流型喉罩在强直性脊柱炎患者全髋置换术中的应用

摘要 目的探讨食管引流型喉罩(PLMA)应用于强直性脊柱炎患者全髋置换术全麻的可行性。方法10例重度强直性脊柱炎患者择期施行髋关节置换术,采用PLMA通气道置入全麻,观察PLMA喉罩通气期间气道峰压、围手术期麻醉并发症及拔出喉罩后罩囊是否沾染血迹。结果 10例患者成功置PLMA后呼吸回路顺畅,拔出喉罩均未发现罩囊沾有血迹。麻醉过程中未出现喉痉挛、呼吸道梗阻、胃内容物反流和喉罩漏气,患者苏醒期均无恶心呕吐、无呛咳发生。结论 PLMA通气道用于重度强直性脊柱炎患者的全麻有效且操作简便。
