肉串作为一种方便快餐类食品,能够适应当代快节奏的生活方式。为提高肉串生产的机械化程度和生产效率,从肉串的制作工艺出发,研究计量成型机理,进而设计了一台自动肉串机。本文介绍了该机的计量成型机构、插签机构、脱模机构的结构及工作原理。
As a convenient snack food, kebab can adapt to the fast pace of modern life style. Study the metrological and molding mechanism from the workmanship for improving the automation level and production efficiency of the kebab production. Then design an automatic kebab machine. The paper introduces the structure constitution and working principle of molding and metrological service, inserting bamboo stick service and demoulding service.
