摘要
阐述了大容量高精度灌装系统的组成和技术特点。介绍了灌装系统的灌装工艺流程。并对主要灌装设备和灌装阀结构特点进行了描述。通过微处理器控制技术在灌装系统中的应用,对整个灌装流程尤其是关键设备实时监控,并使该系统在自动状态下各单机之间可实现互联互锁;选用先进的主控制器和配置高速计数模块来采集流量计的信号;此外,本系统可监控物料的瞬时流量,并能对流量超限报警和显示,从而达到高精度计量的目的。
In this paper,the composition and technical characteristics of filling system with large-capacity and high-precision is discussed,filling process of the system is introduced,and the main filling equipment and structural characteristics of filling valve are also described.We use real-time monitoring in the whole filling process especially in key equipments and realize the interlock of individual machines in automatic mode by using of microprocessor control technology in filling system.Advanced host controllers are chosen and high-speed counter modules are configured to collect signals of flow meter.In addition,this filling system can monitor the instantaneous flow of materials,alarm and display the flow gauge and so as to achieve the purpose of high-precision measurement.
