摘要
在21世纪信息化社会里,全民学习、终身学习已成为社会发展的主题,终身教育也成了现代社会快速发展的一个必然趋势。终身学习社会的到来,使得传统的成人教育教师的角色必将发生质的改变,成人教育教师必须实现角色、职能和素质的转变,以适应信息社会培养人才的需要。
In the 21 century information society in the study, lifelong learning, has become the theme of the social development, the life-long education has become the modem society of the fast development of a certain trend, the arrival of the life-long learning society of adult education especially the role of adult teachers propose severe chal- lenges for these challenges, the traditional role of adult teachers will happen qualitative change, must realize the role, functions and qualities of change, the new century called adult teachers to change character, in order to adapt to the information society of talents training needs.
