摘要
从风电场的时间尺度和空间尺度对风电进行描述。采用BPNN和RBF神经网络方法进行功率预测。在风电的空间尺度上对风电的分析中提出一种空间上的风电场分析系统,该系统包括:风电场模型重构模块,风电场安全评估与预警模块,暂态稳定分析模块,动态稳定分析模块,操作控制平台模块五大模块,分析了各部分的组成和功能。结果表明,时空分析可以有效地对风电进行短期功率预测。
In this paper, wind power is described on the spatial and temporal scales of the wind farm. Wind power prediction is made through BPNN and RBF neural network model. On the spatial scale, analysis of the wind power results in presentation of a spatial wind power analysis system which consists of the model reconstruction module, the safety asse- ssment and the early warning module, the transient stability analysis module, the dynamic stability analysis module and the operation control platform module. This paper analyzes the composition and functions of each system. The results show that the short-term wind power prediction analysis on the spatial and temporal scales can be an effective method.
