摘要
针对接触网检修工作中现有的接地线管理系统存在的不足,引入GIS技术实现基于VB和GIS的可视化地线挂接管理信息系统,把现场作业空间信息及其属性信息真实、图文并茂地输出给用户,借助其独有的空间分析功能和可视化表达功能,实现对接触网检修挂接地线作业的可视化监控和信息管理,方便监控中心和调度管理部门直观、迅速地掌握现场作业信息,提高接触网检修作业的安全性。
To solve the problem of present grounding wire about overhead contact system management systems, the GIS technology was introduced into the visible grounding wire operation's MIS based on VB and GIS, which transfers the local operation space information and properties in the form of image and chart real-time to user. With its unique spatial analysis and visualization capabilities, it can achieve the purpose of integrated information management on overhead contact system maintenance articulated grounding wire operations. It is convenient for monitor center and dispatch management department to seize local operation information intuitively and quickly, so that improving the safety of electrical maintenance.
