APPLICATION OF GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM TECHNIQUE IN AUTOMATION OF POWER SYSTEMS

摘要 地理信息系统(GIS)在电力系统中的应用是电力系统数字化、信息化的必由之路。文中通过对国内外电力GIS应用状况、相关技术及典型的配电自动化系统工程实施范例的分析,阐述了将GIS应用开发与现有自动化系统相互融合和集成的一体化设计思想,给出了基于Web服务的电力GIS应用框架。最后,指出了进一步的发展方向。 The application of the GIS technique in the power systems is the only way to digital and informational construction for power enterprise. Based on an analysis of the application of the power GIS in domestic and at abroad, its pertinent techniques and a typical engineering example of power distribution automation, the integral design idea of merging GIS application and development existing power automation systems is presented, and an application framework of the power GIS based on Web service is put forward. Suggestions for future development are made.
