摘要
随着全球油价持续上涨以及能源危机、污染等问题,甲醇汽油因其互溶性优、替代性好等优点被日益重视,其生产工艺和性能也被不断研究和改进,在市场上有较强的竞争力,具有良好的发展前景。采用复配乳化剂(Tween-80、Span-80、油酸)和助溶剂正丁醇相配伍,制备M50甲醇汽油微乳液,考查乳化剂的用量、含水量和温度对甲醇微乳燃油稳定性的影响。结果表明,当微乳液含水量小于5%,复配乳化剂(HLB=3.7)用量2%,助溶剂正丁醇1.5%时,在室温下可以制得稳定的甲醇汽油微乳燃油。
With the global oil prices rising and the energy crisis and pollution problems, methanol gasoline has been increasingly paid attention because of optimal intermiscibility and good alternative, et al. Its production process and performance has also been continuously researched and improved,and in the market have strong competitiveness and good prospects for development.Compatibility of compound emulsifier (Tween-80, Span-80, oleic acid) and cosolvent normal butanol were used to prepare M50 methanol gasoline microemulsion, and the effect of different dosage of the emulsifier,water content of microemulsion and the temperature on the methanol microemulsion stability were tested. It showed that when moisture content of microemulsion was less than 5%, compound emulsifier (HLB=3.7) content was 2%, cosolvent normal butanol content was 1.5%. the stable of methanol gasoline in room temnerature was urenared.
