摘要
目的探讨耳穴埋籽对肛肠术后尿潴留的影响。方法将96例患者按单双日随机分成实验组与对照组,每组48例,对照组按传统方法进行护理,实验组采用耳穴埋籽。结果对照组术后发生尿潴留的概率高达25%,实验组术后发生尿潴留的概率仅为8.51%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴埋籽可有效预防肛肠术后尿潴留的发生,从而减轻患者的痛苦。
Objective To explore the influence of auricular points seedembedding therapy on the treatment of uroschesis after anorectal operation.Methods 96 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to odd day and even day,48 cases in each group.Control group was treated with conventional nursing,while experimental group was treated with auricular points seed-embedding therapy.Results Incidence rate of postoperative uroschesis in control group was 25%,whereas the rate was only 8.51% in experimental group.There was significant difference between two groups（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Auricular points seed-embedding therapy can effectively prevent the occurrence of uroschesis after anorectal operation,and it can relieve the suffering of the patients as well.
