摘要
目的总结主动脉瘤外科手术治疗术后的早期护理经验。方法对2009年1月—2012年12月间本科收治并进行外科手术治疗的17例各类主动脉瘤患者的术后临床护理检测进行回顾性总结分析。结果 17例患者经积极治疗和护理,均康复出院。结论主动脉瘤患者行外科手术治疗,术后早期监测循环系统功能,合理应用血管活性药物,加强出血情况的观察,判断神经系统状况,加强呼吸系统管理,对提高手术成功率至关重要。
Objective The study was to reflect on the postoperative nursing work that we conducted during the hours immediately after surgery for 17 patients who underwent surgery for aortic aneurysm. Method A review was performed of the work of monitoring and care that we conducted from during the first few hours after surgery for 17 patients who underwent hospitalization and surgery for aortic aneurysm in our hospital from January, 2009 to December, 2012. Results All the patients in our study were recovered from the surgery and discharged from the hospital after receiving intensive care and monitoring. Conclusion Patients with aortic aneurysm should＇be treated with intensive care and monitoring during the first few hours after surgery. The nursing should be focused on circulatory function, scientific application of vasoactive drugs, observation of bleeding, judgment of the neurological status, and respiratory management, which can ensure successful recovery from surgery.
