摘要
目的探讨不同护理模式下斑贴试验的效果,为斑贴试验的护理方式的选择提供依据。方法选择135例进行斑贴试验的皮肤病患者作为研究对象,每例患者前后分别给予常规护理和人性化护理,并于每种护理措施实行完毕后进行斑贴试验,比较2次试验结果。结果人性化护理检测为"+"的总次数明显高于常规护理,"++"及"+++"总次数低于常规护理,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理对斑贴试验的结果有一定影响,值得进一步研究探讨。
Objective To study the effect of patch test in the different nursing models,in order to provide evidence for the selection of nursing models in the patch test. Methods 135 examples of dermatology patients were tested with patch test affter given routine care and humanistic care separately, then compared the results of the two tests. Results The total number of humanistic nursing detected as ＂ ＋ ＂ was significantly higher than that of routine care, but the total numbers of ＂ ＋ ＋ ＂ and ＂ ＋ ＋ ＋ ＂ were lower than routine care, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Humanistic nursing for patch test results has a certain influence, it is worth further studied.
