摘要
基于单绕组双速掘进机用电动机的研发项目,进行电动机的整体电磁方案设计工作。采用有限元分析模型进行电动机的电气性能和齿谐波仿真。仿真实验分析说明有限元分析方法可以增强对单绕组双速掘进机用电动机的性能的判断,提高电磁计算的可靠性和设计优化。
This article is based on the research of the project with the whole electromagnetic design. Using the finite element model to process the electrical properties of the induction motor and tooth harmonic simulation. Simulation analysis shows that the method of finite element can judge the performance of the single winding two-speed induction motor efficiently. At same that the method of finite element can improve the reliability of electromagnetic computing and optimize design.
