摘要
通过对Y2 500-6/8 450kW/190kW近极比单绕组双速电机的设计,总结出电机绕组设计应根据实际情况确定采用反向法变极,还是换相法变极,同时电机的槽配合及节距的选择,要尽量提高绕组系数,提高电机出力,减小磁动势谐波含量为目的实现单绕组双速电机设计。
Based on design of Y2 500-6/8 450kW/190kW near-pole-ratio single-winding double-speed motor,it is summarized that either reverse method or phase change method for changing number of poles should be selected on the basis of actual condition when designing windings.Slot distribution and pitch should be selected as far as possible to improve winding coefficient and motor output and to reduce harmonic component of MMF,so as to achieve design of single-winding double-speed motor.
