肠道功能障碍血清学评价指标的研究进展 被引量:23

摘要 随着肠道功能的重要性逐渐被人们所认识,及时、准确、客观地判断肠功能障碍及其严重程度对疾病的救治有着重要影响,因此,如何评定肠功能状态,筛选有效监测指标受到了临床的特别关注。一般临床上,大多数器官功能障碍均采用血清学相关指标检测来诊断,但肠功能障碍的血清学判定指标目前尚缺乏肯定性结论,本文仅就近年来在临床显示出具有一定应用前景的相关血清学标志物——肠脂肪酸结合蛋白、瓜氨酸、D-乳酸以及二胺氧化酶的相关情况做一综述,并对存在的问题进行简要分析。
