乳制品中非法保鲜剂硫氰酸钠检测方法的研究 被引量:2

摘要 对乳品进行前处理后,再分别采用紫外分光光度法、液相色谱法以及离子色谱法对乳品进行硫氰酸钠分析检测,比较各个方法的检测限以及精密度。紫外分光光度法的回收率为99.05%~107.5%,RSD为3.7%,检测限为0.3 mg/L;液相色谱法的回收率为83%~99.06%,RSD为1.31%,检测限为0.2 mg/L;离子色谱法的回收率为81.7%~99.13%,RSD为0.615%,检测限为0.05 mg/L。实验表明,三个分析方法结果可靠,均有各自的适用性,而紫外分光光度法不适合液奶的检测,其他方法对于检测液奶以及奶粉都很适用,这为乳品中非法添加剂的检测评定提供了参考。 After pretreatment of dairy, sodium thiocyanate in dairy was analyed by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, Liquid Chromatogram(LC) and ion chromatography(IC). Then compare and analyse the detection limit and precision of three methods. The recovery rate of the ultravio- let spectrophotometry was 99.05%-107.5%, RSD was 3.7% and the detection limit of it was 0.3 mg/L; The recovery rate of the LC was 83%- 99.06%, RSD was 1.31% and the detection limit of it was 0.2 mg/L; The recovery rate of IC was 81.7%~99A3%, RSD was 0.615% and the detection limit of it was 0.05 mg/L. The result indicated that the three methods are reliable, both have their applicability and the ultraviolet spectrophotometry is not applicable for milk powder. In addition, it provides reference of illegal additive evaluation for dairy products.
